Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Other technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in a similar way. Below we list what this site uses and why.

These are needed for the site to work and are used without asking for consent:

• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, this site): remembers the language version you use. It is set on your first visit, before you make any choice about cookies, and is deleted when you close your browser.
• cookie_consent (local storage, this site): stores your choice about cookies, the date of that choice and the version of this policy, so we do not ask on every visit. It stays until you change your choice or clear your browser data.

The anti-bot check on the form is provided by Cloudflare. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies to collect or store information.

These are used only if you choose “Accept all”:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by the property ID tell visitors and sessions apart so we can see how the site is used. By default they last up to 2 years and are renewed on each visit.
• Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc.): counts visits without cookies. According to Vercel, it recognises visitors by a hash created from the request and discards session information after 24 hours.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, analytics scripts stop loading; cookies already stored can be removed in your browser settings.

We may update this policy. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
