Samana Legal

Privacy policy

How we process your personal data when you visit this site and send us your case.

Version of September 28, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Terralegal SRL. You can contact us about your data at ronald.baez@samana.group.

Terralegal SRL is established in the Dominican Republic, outside the European Union.

2. What data we process

When you send your case through the form, we process:

  • your first name and, if you give it, your last name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number, if you give it;
  • the description of your case;
  • whether you are a buyer or a developer, if you choose;
  • the language version of the site you used;
  • the country determined from your IP address by our hosting provider;
  • the date and time you sent the form and gave consent;
  • the result of the automated anti-bot check.

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process the data in your message. Please do not include information you do not want us to have, in particular special categories of data (for example about health), unless it is needed for your case.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver it, such as your IP address and browser information. Analytics data is processed only if you accept analytics cookies (see the Cookie policy).

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • Answering your enquiry and assessing your case, including steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and your consent given in the form: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
  • Protecting the form against spam and abuse (anti-bot check, request limits): our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Site statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

4. Who receives your data

We share your data only with providers who process it on our behalf, and only as far as needed:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting of the site and the form;
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): the anti-bot check on the form;
  • HighLevel, Inc. (USA): the customer relationship management system in which your enquiry is recorded;
  • the provider of our automation server, which passes your enquiry to that system and to our team;
  • the email service we use to notify our team of your enquiry;
  • Google LLC (USA): Google Analytics, only with your consent.

Where your case requires it, and after telling you, we involve licensed Dominican attorneys or partner firms who will act on your matter.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of these providers are established in the United States or in the Dominican Republic, outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can ask us about these safeguards at ronald.baez@samana.group.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for 24 months from our last contact with you. Data processed on the basis of consent is deleted after you withdraw consent, unless we need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise these rights by writing to ronald.baez@samana.group.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work, for example the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) in Spain.

8. Is giving your data required

Giving your data is voluntary. Without your name, email address, the description of your case and your consent we cannot answer your enquiry through the form.

9. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects for you or similarly significantly affect you. The anti-bot check only helps us recognise automated submissions.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
